Choose Connect Telegram. You'll see a QR code and a link, valid for 15 minutes.
Scan and press Start
The Popsuites bot opens in Telegram. Tap Start and your chat is linked. Prefer not to scan? Message the bot and sign in with a one-time email code.

What can the bot see and do?
It works on the mailbox or mailboxes you've connected to Popsuites, and only in your private chat with the bot. It can search and read mail, apply labels, draft, snooze and set reminders right away. Sending, deleting, scheduling and creating meetings or rules always ask you to confirm first.
Is it safe to use?
Every action that sends, deletes, schedules or creates something shows Confirm and Cancel buttons first, and Cancel changes nothing. Inbox cleanups archive mail, never delete it, and can be undone. Telegram bot chats are not end-to-end encrypted, so avoid typing passwords or other secrets into the chat.
Do I need a paid plan?
Connecting Telegram for alerts and briefings is part of your account. Chatting with the AI assistant in Telegram needs an active Popsuites plan or free trial, the same as the assistant inside the app.
Which mailboxes does it work with?
Gmail and custom IMAP mailboxes are supported. Support for Outlook is more limited for now, and the bot tells you plainly when something isn't available for a mailbox. If you've connected several mailboxes, ask the bot to switch to the one you want.
How do I stop alerts or disconnect?
Message the bot to turn off any kind of alert or set quiet hours, pause delivery from Settings → Integrations, or stop the bot in Telegram. Disconnecting never changes anything in your mailbox.
